# 為什麼很多電商越做越累？

很多電商經營者都會遇到一個問題：流量越來越貴，但營收卻沒有明顯成長。  
其實原因不一定是流量，而是 顧客沒再回來買第二次。  
當品牌有穩定客群時，回購率 才是決定營收成長的關鍵。  
很多品牌已經有會員資料，但生日、購買紀錄這些天然消費時機，卻沒有好好利用。例如：  
- 會員生日  
- 購買紀錄  
- 加入會員時間

這些其實都可以成為再次和顧客互動的機會。其中一個很多品牌會用的方法就是：  
🎂 生日優惠

就是一個簡單又有效的方法，可以讓顧客在生日這天回到商店，增加回購機會。

現在也有不少系統能「自動發送優惠券」，  
不用手動整理名單，也不會漏掉任何會員。

很多品牌都忽略了這件事，其實光把 會員資料用好，就能提高回購率。
